Yokel for Real

I don't feel like working on my Yokel
books. Rather play the banjo. So,
I'm a true yokel,

for sure--a yokel
who thinks they know what they're doin' when they put away their rake and hoe
and lay them down for a bit of a little yokel

nap! Well, the Yokel
ain't doin' nothin' a'tall. So,
the Yokel

has a euphemism for everything the Yokel
could possibly ever think to do.
That's true yokel

style--just how the Yokel
is determined to behave their whole
life through. Don't ask the Yokel

to accomplish any enviable yokel
goals--OK? Just give 'em their banjo,
and they'll go back to being their true Yokel
self--Fairy-Elf Yokel!!
